72The first time we read the tittle of this hub we may have a lot of question. Who is this guy? or why this guy become beautiful? we have a lot of question. But the first time I saw the picture of this guy....I talk in my heart. WOW....amazing. I am very impressed with his picture. Maybe this guy make all woman jealous. But after finish this opening hub. I didn't call him but her.
Why I said so. Because before becoming a woman she is a man. Her real name is Treechada Petcharat. But she has a popular name . Her popular name is Nong Poy Treechada. She is from Thailand. Behind this beautiful woman, actually she is a man who did a sex change operation at seventeen years old. She has high 171 cm, and weight around 48 kg. She felt the feminine soul when she was at elementary. She felt comfortable with woman's body and she had dreamed of becoming a woman. She felt uncomfortable with his " intimate organ", she decided to change to be woman. With doing sex change operations.

For the first time he felt scary, but after consult with many doctor. He decide doing this operation. She felt pain after the surgery. But now, she get a great achievement. His goal has been achieved. Two years after the surgery, she won a beauty contest 'Miss Tiffany'. When he was 19 years old. At the same years, Nong Poy became Miss International Queen (lady-boy) in 2004. Many people appreciate her, not only cause of international accomplishments. But the beauty that he acquired naturally due to post-surgery and hormone therapy. She is become models, commercials, television host in Thailand now. She is very talented. From the beauty and her intelligence.

Sex change operation from male to female in modern times was first performed at a United States citizen. He was a U.S. Army soldier named George Jorgensen and then he changed his name become Christine (1926-1989). The operation was carried out in Danish in 1952 by lifting Jorgensen male genital organs.

I enjoy the company of my GAY friends, i think they are very loyal and sincere. Whatever they do in their life to make them happy concerns me, maybe I will give them advise and act like a "devil's advocate". SEX CHANGE seem quite too extreme for me though, opinions are neutral, HOWEVER, to be honest, I would rather my gay friends keep their GENDER simply because of the risk that entails such a procedure .. if not done properly, it can ruin their lives, and even cost them their lives .. cool post!

...wow she's really beautiful... i got curious after reading the title... i remember the story of Nong Toom-from the movie "beautiful boxer"...and i thought it is her.. im contented with what i have now or with what God has given me by appreciating even the smallest detail but we have different views in life and I don't have the right to judge people just because their way or views in life is different from mine...just hope for the good... thank you Sir for sharing the story.. :)
Wow, I would have never guessed that at one point in her life she was once a man. I'm not in her shoes, so I don't understand what drove her to make this decision.

She does look like a success case, and we will surely see more of those as time goes by. Like anything in life, if you are not happy with it, change. We are only reading here is the physical part of the question, but changing gender will always take it's toll on friends family and on your own mind.
I really think that, like nowadays we accept homosexuality with few problems, we will see this as less freakish than what it seems now.

I've seen pictures of her from my friends here at work. They didn't told me that she was actually a guy. We have no internet access here, so it's not until we got back from deployment that I found out about this (Yes, I am in the military...) but I was not surprised nor disgusted or anything at all. She is beautiful and I am actually comfortable at saying this. That must've been one of the most difficult decisions she has ever made her life. Thanks for the info.

I have a really good friend that has had the operation to become a woman 'he' now she, is doing very well, and as it was stated above, it is a psychological problem, caused by the fact that if the baby in the womb does not get enough tostesterone whilst growing in the womb, the chances are that he will become a woman. There is a part of the brain that is also a different shape from a man to a womans brain, and in transexuals a man who changes sex, will have the brain shape of the woman. God created them with different shape also all the substance inside a man and a woman. I never know a man being pregnant. Salaam, Pras. There is a news in television today about a man whose get sue by his mother in law because he was hid his original gender which is female before genital organ surgery. His wife still love him and accepting him no matter what, but the parents in law sent him to jail.
What do I think about this case? Well, I'm standing in what our faith taught us, Pras, so my answer is clear. But this is interesting indeed. Let's change the question, look at her, Pras. Would you accept her to become your wife if she is in love with you? ;p
I have read this story from my local newspaper. This case very surprised me much. Actually his mother in law didn't know what her daughter feeling. Your question rather difficult for me. Because this is a family problem and I didn't have rights to judge who is wrong and who is right. I believe the court will reveal this case.

Very interesting hub! I believe it is the right choice for some people. At least he was young to go through this. I think it's best before starting a family and getting married or having kids. I don't understand the transsexuals that get married and have kids then leave their family to get a sex change. Great pictures on hub!

Hello Prasetio. Thank you for writing about this. Unfortunately I am also transsexual and feel that it is a terrible curse. You seem like a very kind and understanding person, but I have to admit that every time you put quotes around 'her' or 'woman' it makes me cringe. I know that it is impossible for anyone who is not transsexual to understand, but I pray that others will be compassionate. You would be hard pressed to find any group that has a higher suicide rate, and I have spent many years hating myself for being who I am. I even feel guilty for complaining because I am one of the lucky ones who was born in a country where you aren't killed for being transsexual and lucky that I am naturally feminine enough that no one guesses I wasn't born with woman's body. She is very beautiful, reminds me of my nephew's wife who is in her 20's and from Thailand and also very beautiful. As for the sex change operation, I wouldn't want anyone close to me to go through this procedure, but I heard that wanting to be a different gender is not only a psychological issue, but a prenatal hormonal imbalance that literally traps a man or woman in the wrong gender, must be a very difficult condition to live with.
