The Largest Indoor beach, New Idea for Recreational Place
74This time I want to write something "light". I miss to write about traveling place. But this is unique place. I like something weird and unusual. I think we all like going to the beach. The beach is the beautiful place for traveling, vocation or holiday. We can sun bathing, swimming, playing sea sand, surfing, diving and many more activities. Or we can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the beach by reading under the sand accompany with orange juice.
When we usually go the natural beach, this is totally different. This is the largest indoor beach. It placed in a massive dome. I think this is the best design for the indoor beach entire the world. It located 1,500 south of Tokyo in Miyazaki, on Japan’s southernmost Kyushu Island. Which measuring of dome around 300 x 100 meters, using 13,500 tons of salt-free water and 600 tons of polished marble chips. There is an active artificial volcano which smoke every fifteen minutes.
If you like surfing activities, don't worry you can ride the 3,5 meters waves. This is the best artificial waves around the world. It was built with spend the cost around $2 billion for the largest recreational complex including the three-story promenade of shops, tennis courts and golf. This is liked heaven of beach. This is artificial beach which free from salt. There is no predatory sharks, with hygienic and clean of sea sand and water temperature balanced. I remind you again about the location, It located on Japan's Ocean Dome. In the southernmost Japanese island, exactly in Kyushu Island.
As we know that Japan is the great country for technology, started from car, electronic equipment , gadget technology and many more. And this time the apply their technology in making the biggest indoor beach and the first in the world. They have high creativity. We can learn from their dedication in built technology and it useful for people.
To get inside in this place we must pay $ 50 for adults and $ 35 for children. with rides running $5-10 more. Add $10 for two hours with a boogie board, or $5 for two hours of inner tube rental. Maybe it look expensive but it paid with the fun and enjoy all the facilities provided. I think we can get a new experience here.
Although I never go to this place. But I am proud to be able to give you information about tourist attractions in the world. I hope it can be an alternative for traveling place. if you visit Japan, do not forget to drop in in this place and enjoy to swim.
Have you ever go to this place? or you have more information about this place, please share with us. Thank you very much and have a nice holiday.

Wow! I am impressed, I have not heard of this covered beach before and it is gorgeous. Great pictures also. Good hub.
Amazing.
This is one amazing place.
prasetio - This is totally cool. I have never heard of an indoor beach. Great idea for anyone who is afraid of sharks. Thanks so much for this really interesting hub. It is truly amazing.

Wow - I'm not sure I would like the feeling of being closed in. Great photos and great Hub as usual.
It's a very cool place... the bizarre thing is that it's next to the beach!
A great project and a great hub. But it isn't it expensive?
prasetio, you wrote this hub on an amazing topic. I didn't know about this before and this indoor beach looks like a cool place to be at.
I love this and I don't. It has the ring of science fiction about it. It looks stunning though and would be great for British weather
I am so amazed. It's so incredible how we can have almost anything but peace or world peace. Thanks Prasetio. Great hub!
This is so amazing. I have never seen anything like it. You're pretty amazing too!
Fantastic. I have been to Sun City in South Africa which had artificial beach but that awesome.
Thanks for a good hub.
Excellent Hub. I saw a special on the travel channel on Japan's indoor beach. It is truly amazing. The Japanese are true visionaries and geniuses of technology. I wish I could travel to Japan, it is a beautiful country, and it has so many things to offer travelers. Very informative hub.
This is so cool! Prasetio you always amaze me. I would love to visit this place.
I have heard of this place but I now know more through this hub. What I cant understand is why put it close to the coast? Does no one visit it?
Extraordinary hub x
Wow! I'd love to go there. It makes so much sense that the roof can open revealing the sky, the sun and fresh air. This is certainly a great way to enjoy leisure without harming the beach and the water - which we have to remember has its own life that we are seriously polluting.
Great hub!
WOW, what an awesome hub, those picture are fantastic, great hub and great subject, thank you for sharing...
If I could afford a little trip to Japan, this would be an assured stop. Your Hub has sold me... Great writeup and pictures !!! I am your latest Fan...
This is truly an amazing place. I loved the pictures.
Wow! That's quite the thing. I like the retractable roof. :)
AMAZING! Thanks for sharing this, Prasetio!
I had heard about this place before, on the news, but never gave it any thought. And I must say it is quite fantastic! But I think I agree with Ann Nonymous, I would much prefer the real thing.
Good hub, Prasetio30!
prasetio30! WOW! This is amazing!!! Could you imagine if they had more of these in colder climates? Less people would get depressed.....when I lived in the UK and the weather was really bad, I was desperate to see "lighter skies" like the one that I grew up with. At one point I decided to hit a tanning booth (I know, not good for you ; ha) BUT, the 15 minutes in there LIFTED my spirits.....it was the LIGHT.....anyway the next time I wanted better weather, I went to France!
Anyway, enjoyed this hub! Best, G
Sounds like an amazing place -- thanks for sharing the info as I didn't even know such a place existed. Best, Sis
Wow, like many of the other comments before I'll add that I had never really heard or ever considered the idea of an indoor beach. My initial reaction was that it couldn't be that great just because the atmosphere inside must be totally different. I have to admit, though, after seeing these pictures some of the indoor beaches look absolutely beautiful!
Fantastic! I had heard about the indoor skiing, but had not heard about the indoor beach. The photos look like something out of well-done science fiction movie. If I ever have the good fortune to go to Japan for a visit, I will definitely put aside money to go to the indoor beach. Great hub.
This place is really beautiful! One can go to the beach all year long! I don't know if I will ever make it to Japan, but if I do, I will definitely go to see it. And since I don't have to think about sharks, that alone will up my chances of actually getting in the water. Thank goodness the volcano is artificial! It is artificial, right? LOL!!!!!! Have a great day!!!
OMG...this place is crazy!!! I want to go! Whoever heard of such a thing? We need one where I live where I swear it is winter half the year...wait then I might never get anything done. Do they have wifi? lol How wonderful would it be to sit on the beach and work. (sigh) As I'm looking outside, its cold, rainy and incredibly windy! Thanks for the hub!
Absolutely Amazing. No matter how bad the weather is, you could pop along to the indoor beach and with the added benefit of knowing no Sharks will surface.
If I'm in the area, will definitely make it a priority to visit. I hope they build one in Europe soon.
Thanks. Your Hubs are so unique. :)
Really great ,But artificial is artificial ..though I like pictures...

This is amazing, very different and a great subject to write about, Prasetio! However if I am going to go to the beach than I actually want to be outside with the sky as my roof....yet still somehow those pictures do look tempting and inviting!
Good hub, Prasetio!
