Hi, my dad is collecting some keris but I never see the standing keris before. Nice hub :)
Wonderful! Thank you for the lovely story. Looking forward to reading all your Hubs.
They are great stories. Everyone likes a little supernatural now and then.
I liked this...especially the Kerris part. I had never heard the crying boy story either. Thanks. :)
All fascinating. I will look forward to more
Wow, this was really interesting! It's my belief that every culture has a curse and this was no different. I've never been a big fan of any dolls and that one doll gave me the creeps. Thank you for sharing, prasetio! I look forward to reading more!
the crying boy kind of cute painting - but i never heard that story - but i know the Keris story - and my dad have one those,
Reading this interesting Hub I had three thoughts...
1. The doll reminded me of voodoo for some reason.
2. The Keri reminded me of an umbrella sword, without the umbrella.
3. I was glad this intriguing painting of the Crying Boy was not destroyed in the fire.
Just some thoughts...Thanks for this...Larry
I like the article about the knieves. I find it very interesting. Great job!

Very intriguing write-up. Hey, about the pharoah, the west gave it a fancy name The Curse of King Tut. It's been made into a movie, even. But the movie kinda sucks, Hallmark production and all. Hey, good hub.

Super hub! I guess I agree with the comments about every culture having their own myths, fables and urban legends. But when you break it all down, regardless of the story, it all turns out to be good versus evil. Thanks for the info and the great photos.

crying boy is not a curse we have the same painting and had it for over 30 years
I enjoyed these stories, this is interesting hub. thank you for these stories.
Sprinkle it with Holy Water, tell the Spirit he can move on or stay. Love ancient things.
An interesting hub!! curse on any objects exist as subtle disruptive wave vibration inherent and is still intact with the object focused upon forming a set pattern of vibrations around. It takes a strong focused mind to bring about such an act of curse. Not only curse, but even religious objects, yantras can be energized and be effective depending upon the direction and power focussed.
Lastly, Lower astral elemental creatures may be called upon for a pre-defined Task.
Wow sorry I missed this for so long, very interesting. Halloween month is a good time for it! Great hub.

On this earth are numerous paranormal incidents that we may never be able to explain. However, they are very interesting to know about just like reading this hub.
The painting of the boy looks very sad. It would probably bring negativity into my household. Thanks for sharing.

THANK Q I LOVE GHOST INFORMATION...IT HELPEC ME A LOT!!! WOW!!! WAT A STORIES!!! I WANT TO KNOW MORE!!!
The doll puts me in mind of "Chuckie" The movies terrified my children and they were leary of any dool with red hair. Great job.
Very eerie stories. Never heard of these before - mostly because I'm not interested in this type of thing. But you made them interesting.
The boy in the painting does look very real. It breaks my heart to see a child crying like that. No matter what mystery lies behind it, I still think that it's a great art.
You sure have dug up some creepy curses prasetio. That doll is especially spooky to look at, so no wonder the poor boy went a bit mad!
I get into ancient anything. This was a very interesting read. The pharaoh being my favorite.
Great hub Prasetio! The only story I knew was about Robert the doll when I went to the Keys. Very interesting and scary. Thank you for sharing.
You find the most interesting subjects to write about, Pras. This one is no exception and quite fascinating. These items were all new to me so it was a learning experience. Very enjoyable. Peg
I had heard about people coming to untimely deaths by disturbing King Tut's tomb...but the others were new to me. That painting of the boy crying is a beautiful piece of art, but rather sad. I wouldn't want it hanging in my home. Prefer cheerier subjects. Voted interesting and up. Thanks!
