This company was founded by Raymond Albert Kroc (1902 - 1984). He started his own business at the age of 52 years old. By convincing two brothers Dick & Mac McDonald to open the fast-food outlets for a hamburger products they had sold earlier.

I like the cozy place and the beautiful of interior design. So the costumer felt comfortable and enjoy the food and drink at McDonald’s.
New York, USA
With Urban-living theme. This restaurant had make over by New York-Based Studio Gaia as designer. Equipped with a variety of luxurious seating such as easy chairs, stools and bar chairs. There is a wi-fi as an internet connection for customer. They will easily browsing, chatting or writing with their laptop while eating burger. Other additional feature is a cool chandelier, wood ceiling and elegant black-and-white paintings.
Porto, Portugal
McDonald's in this city was built at the former of Porto Cafe, without losing the beauty of Porto Cafe itself. Porto Cafe is one of the national monuments in Portugal, and McDonald’ was still maintaining features such as glass building and still give a touch of McDonald’s typical
Holborn, UK
This McDonald’s looks modern and elegance located in Holborn. Because this restaurant included in the list of stores that will be upgraded by Philippe Avanzi on 2006.
Edinburgh, Scotland
Nice place to hang out with the luxurious leather seats coated with brown wood. Great property using real wood, beautiful engravings. This is cozy place to enjoy Big Macs, salads and French Fries.
Paris, France
It difficult to find cheap food in Paris. But it doesn’t mean we can’t eating cheap food. We can found many McDonald outlets in London and one of the coolest Mcdonalds in that city. With futuristic design for the satisfaction of customer. With leather seats it represent Paris as a fashion city.

The location of McDonald’s near the Buddha Temple around the Los Angeles. We can found various fengshui symbol inside this restaurant. Such as: Bamboo, leather seats, earth tomb, and water flow in the glass.
Budapest, Hungaria
We can imagine the empty railway station become beautiful restaurant. We can found McDonald outlet in Budapest. With the large windows, antique lamp, ceiling are painted a soft blue, and there was the roar of passing trains. Outside, there are red brick walls and wrought-iron gates
Oxford Street, UK
Oxford Street is the main McDonald's in UK, so no wonder if McDonalds looks very luxurious. With bar theme and restaurant including the white color, yellow color and red color. all illuminated by lighting a cool. With retro seats completed TV screen and wi-fi internet access.
In which place do you ever visit? I hope I can visit one of the McDonald's outlet like those picture above and enjoy the hamburger. My friend said that in my country McDonald's has Asian taste with various spices. Every country has different recipes for some menus. But the main menu they have the same taste.

It become inspiration of us. To make this hub more interesting I post about the history of McDonald's and the menus. And I look at the business (franchise business). I rarely go to McDonald's. Just accompany my nephew and my niece. I don't really like fast food. I prefer Indonesian food. thanks for the critique, I appreciate that.

Have to say I didn't think I would find a hub about McDonald's so interesting.
I've been to ones in Japan, Guam, Gibraltar, UK, Italy, and of course all over the US.

Some of the interiors are wonderful and don't look at all like what I have come to expect at McDonald's. It's a long time ago now, but I spent several years living and working in different countries around the world, and in each country it was always nice to go to a McDonald's at least once. It never ceased to amaze me how each outlet, while selling essentially the same food, had it's own unique "feel".
I went to the McDonald's in Oxford Street but it didn't look like this then. I wonder when they revamped the interior?
My mom and the girls (me & my 4 sisters) used to enjoy going shopping together.Then headed to McDonald's.I remember that the Big Mac was so Big! It was different then. Even the fact that I grow up in HK, I still like some of other countries food. There is nothing wrong with at least trying. Thanks Prasetio! You sure make McDonald's look good!

I seldom eat in McDonald's but the different styles are interesting. Last year I admired the chic and unobtrusive outlet in Valleta (Malta).

Wow! The fries might be the same all over the planet, but the insides of the restaurants couldn't be more different. Terrific hub! The best McDonald's I ever had was when I was completely lost in Toyko. We stumbled upon it quite by accident, whilst wandering the streets cluelessly trying to find a metro station that would take us back to our hotel. As we sat eating our fries, my partner looked out of the window, and there was a station! McDonald's saved us :)

Okay, first of all, hardly any of those mcdonalds are cool. In Decatur, Alabama, there is this old-fashioned movie themed one. It's really cool! And there's this wizard of oz one with a yellow brick road and everything. People like things that pop! Those just...don't.

I live in Australia and most of our Mcdonalds look the same they also have free WI-FI at all Mcdonalds stores. We also have a wide variety of healthy choise meals to eat here in South Australia, they are everywhere where i live within 10 mins driving distance there are 6 Mcdonalds stores.
