Updated on December 22, 2011

I don’t know why my couple hubs have health topics. But I have good reason for this. As we know health is the important aspect in our life. This is like like long term investment. I thought a lot of money is useless if we got sick, right. So, I never get bored to share health news to all of you.

One key for the healthy heart is good nutrition. Diet for a healthy heart is important for heart health. A healthy lifestyle and diet is the best weapon to fight cardiovascular disease. That’s why many people confuse to choose the best nutrition for healthy heart and make the heart stay to pump the blood. If we talk about heart disease, maybe we only think about how to stay away the “fat”, right. This also happen to my father, because he didn’t want to keep his health very well. After ate the food which contain “fat” he felt something wrong with his heart. That’s a reason why I write this hub. I heard that life experience is the easiest way to write and make us easy to express our feeling based the life experience, right. Actually we need fat substance to balance our daily food. We can found the fat substance in meat, ice cream, candy, Mashed potatoes (if the processing process using the cream and butter), potato chips, processed meat, cashew nuts, chocolate, fast food, cereal and milk.

With all the different opinions, it is wise to get the information and educate yourself from credible sources. You make smart choices in your diet and long-term benefits for your health, especially for your heart. It’s like a car, our heart has a function as a machine. We can imagine when the machine was stopped to run or when the heart was stopped to pump the blood. The important things with many choices in front of us, we must good in selection.
